You’ll watch a live video stream of two longtime meditators who are trained BMCM presenters, and a host who is managing the logistics and sharing your questions and comments.

The presenters will explain Eknath Easwaran’s method of passage meditation and give straightforward instructions. Our style is interactive, with brainstorms, reflection exercises, and plenty of time for Q&A.

You’ll be able to type in your comments and questions which we'll read and respond to, but we won’t be able to see or hear you. You can interact with us as much or as little as you choose.

By the end of the hour, you’ll have

  • Found out how passage meditation works, and how it's unique.
  • Reflected on how it could benefit you personally.
  • Learned the instructions so you can start practicing right away, if you choose.
  • Tried out five minutes of meditation – and discovered what a calmer mind feels like.
  • Taken part in Q&A sessions and discussions.
  • Watched a short video clip of Easwaran for inspiration.
  • Found out about our free follow-up resources, including an online follow-up course and a conference call to answer more of your questions.

"Your role as facilitators encouraged my trust. I did look for indications of "sponsored" or other pitches, but my well honed skepticism filter found not a trace. I felt comfortable with the practical goal of memorized passages to get started - to still the "unruly mind" - with the knowledge that things could/might grow from that. The 5 minute exercise of meditating was a kind of epiphany - it did feel good. Looking forward to listening to the recording again."

"The webinars are a powerful tool for beginners and long-time meditators. They are a great opportunity to have live satsang with meditators all around the world. The practical instructions that are given, the Q&A session and the short meditation at the end provide one with fresh insight and new ideas on how to cope with challenges in daily life."

Katrien, Turnhout, Belgium

"I like that the webinars have a good mix of informative content about the eight-point program, a video of Easwaran, and live questions and answers with webinar participants. The real-time interaction between presenters and participants gave me the feeling of a dynamic shared experience."

Paul, Minneapolis, Minnesota

“It was the webinar in January 2014 that was the catalyst for my taking up the eight points in earnest after dabbling for years. I try to attend every one, and always learn something new from the presenters and from the questions being asked by participants. It’s also a great way to get a regular connection with the BMCM and other passage meditators.”

Paige, Sacramento, California
