Just a note on listening to Easwaran: some of us find that it takes a few minutes to adjust to his slower pace of speaking, but this process of adjustment can be really helpful. It makes us aware of the fast pace of our own thoughts, and encourages us to consciously slow down. And as always, Easwaran's message is so inspiring!
